Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice may be changed free of charge. Missed appointments or no-shows will be subject to a flat fee of 40$. Thank you for honouring the time reserved for your care.
